Gift Card
HighStreetLabels.in online Gift Card is honored and can be redeemed only on HighStreetLabels.in. The Gift Card, when redeemed on HighStreetLabels.in, will be converted to credits acceptable only at HighStreetLabels.in. The Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be clubbed with any other offer. Registration is a pre requisite to use a gift card. HighStreetLabels.in will not be responsible for the loss of the Gift Card.

HighStreetLabels.in is committed to deliver the products to the customer within the delivery terms defined and endeavors to meet the best service standards. Below are terms and condition for delivery:

• All products ordered will be delivered to the customer within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order booking.
• Shipping for all products is complimentary, unless otherwise specified.
• There are no separate/ additional charges for custom duty/ taxes or freight unless specified.
• The delivery will be made on all dates except Sundays and Public Holidays based on schedule as below:
• Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 1PM and 2PM to 6 PM. The delivery after 6 PM will be made at additional cost.
• Saturdays: 9AM to 1PM
• In case the delivery is not made within the above time period, the member needs to send an e-mail to customercare.india@HighStreetLabels.com with ‘DELIVERY’ as the Subject line.
• In case the delivery is attempted and the person is not available at address mentioned for delivery than the courier company will leave a C N A (Call No Answer) card will be left at the address.
• The recipient can follow the instruction mentioned in the card and book a re-appointment.
• There will be maximum of 2 deliveries attempted after which goods will be resend back to our distribution centre and customer will be refunded the product value after deducting the freight and taxes as applicable.
• The refund will be in terms of HighStreetLabels.in credit points and not cash.

The items purchased from our site are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (for items that are excluded from our insurance policy).

Marine insurance coverage for the actual purchase value capped up to INR 1,00,000 for any one transaction that is provided to you free of charge for purchases made through HighStreetLabels.in.

General Coverage and Maximum Claim Limit:
Coverage provided herein is an all risks cover. The assured must show they have suffered a loss and that the loss is accidental / fortuitous. The maximum limit for claims goes up to INR 1,00,000 for any one member for any one conveyance/location.

Insurance Applicable on:
Applicable to all relevant cargos under the HighStreetLabels.in scheme pertaining to the insured’s interest except:

• Shipment of bullion, antiques, cash, works of art, jewellery, watches, IC chips, disk rams, precious metals, documents of value, credit cards, SIM cards and all fragile cargo
• Perishable and temperature controlled goods

Valuation for the cargo:
It should be Invoice value plus 10%

Event of loss or damage procedure:
In the event of loss or damage or other event which may give rise to a claim in excess of any applicable deductibles, it is essential that the following claim procedures are adhered to:
Duties of the Assured:
It is the duty of the insured and their agents, in all cases to take such measures as may be reasonable for the purpose of averting or minimizing a loss and to ensure that all rights against carriers, bailees or other third parties are properly preserved and exercised. In particular, the insured or their agents are required:-

• To claim immediately on the carriers, port authorities or other bailees for any missing or damage packages.
• To apply immediately for survey by carriers or other bailees' representatives if any loss or damage be apparent and claim on the carriers or other bailees for any actual loss or damage found at such survey.
• To give notice in writing to the carriers or other bailees within 3 days of delivery if the loss or damage was not apparent at the time of taking delivery.

• WRONG DELIVERY –(Code 003) Delivery is defined as WRONG when the article ordered by the customer / company and article actually delivered is not matching the specification in terms of product , features , size , design , color , weight , pieces etc

Terms and condition for return:
• The item needs to be returned within 5 working days mentioning the above code.
• The item must be in original purchase condition including the original product packaging, warranty card, user manual, all accessories and documentation accompanying the delivery of the product.
• The packaging including the manufacturer’s case must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
• If there is tag attached to the item, it should be returned with tag intact and not damaged or tampered.

Return Process: • The customer needs to log into ‘MY ACCOUNT’ section and go to the ‘My Orders’.
• Click on the ‘RETURN’ tab beside the order you wish to return and fill in the query sheet and submit
• The details will be forwarded to our CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) who will be sending the acknowledgement mail to you for return.
• The product will be sent to our quality team, who will inspect the product based on reason code mentioned by the customer.
• Once certified by our quality team, the HighStreetLabels.in credit point will be credited to your account.
• Once certified by our quality team, the HighStreetLabels.com credit point will be credited to your account.
• In case the quality teams do not certify the claim, the inward freight and taxes as applicable will be claimed from the customer and the product will then be shipped to the customer on ‘TO PAY’ basis. The customer in such a case has to bear all applicable duties and freight for products resend.
